Vyoma Deshpande is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2008. She holds a Masters in Corporate Law and has been a visiting faculty at D.E.S. Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College in the past. She frequently delivers lectures on legal topics at business seminars and educational institutes. She also has extensive experience in imparting POSH training at MSMEs and corporates.

She leads a growing team of talented and driven legal professionals who share her commitment to serving the firm’s clients. She is a firm believer in building long-term and long-lasting relationships with her clients and goes above and beyond to deliver the most bespoke legal solutions. Over the years she has represented clients in several high-stake litigations and has appeared before various Courts, Tribunals, Forums, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities. She has particularly endeavored to build the firm’s real estate practice by providing developers a one-stop shop for all of their legal requirements, including but not limited to conducting Title Searches, drafting agreements, resolving RERA matters, conducting due diligence, and providing legal consultancy and litigation support. She is also empanelled with several private and public sector banks and represents them in litigations aside from rendering legal advisory. Due to her grasp of local laws, innate understanding of legal nuances, and thorough experience with court procedures, she frequently works with overseas clients and provides them with effective legal representation to deal with their matters in the Pune jurisdiction.

Prior to starting AV Legal Associates, she has worked as an advocate with some of the most esteemed lawyers in Pune, and being a first-generation lawyer, she is extremely passionate about mentoring and steering young lawyers & law students toward their professional goals.
